About us...
Mayank Chadha, Managing Principal
Mayank Chadha is a seasoned operator with 15+ years of global experience.
Most recently, Mayank was a Senior Vice President and operating executive with McKinsey & Company's Transformations group, where he led multiple value creation and business transformation programs (growth and cost).
Prior to McKinsey, Mayank was as an Operating Partner at a Canadian PE fund, where his responsibilities included operating roles (CEO, COO, head of ops) and board roles in mid-market portfolios. Earlier in his career, Mayank has also held operational roles in industrial and manufacturing businesses.
When not working, Mayank can be found with his two daughters, exploring the GTA on his bike or trying his hand at golf.
Mayank has an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business, a masters in Industrial Systems Engineering from the University of Michigan and a bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from VIT, India.
